Free Groups for Women

Algoma Family Services is offering three groups for women starting in September 2016. All groups are FREE and available to all women in the community interested in healing from past or current trauma/abuse. The groups focus on using different methods, such as art and meditation, to help women develop healthy coping strategies in an effort to move forward in their healing process.
